  Securely pack the items in their original garment bags and include all tags; then, affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup through our logistics partner portal.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
